The Collection Process: Choose from these ACAI Collection Services: Standard Service—a 10 day free demand letter Immediate Action—Direct to our professional collector or to local counsel Free Collect—(Member only service) ACAI sends 3 demand letters at 7 day intervals. Aggressive phone contact begins after the free demand period. You will be kept advised of our progress and we will neither compromise your claim nor enter into a payment plan without your approval. When situations warrant, your claim will be forwarded to legal representation. Local counsel will work on a contingent fee basis and No legal action will be taken without your authorization.
