PUBLIC RECORDS BULLETIN To view a sample Public Records Bulletin click here. ACAI gathers Business bankruptcy filings for the entire State of Indiana and the Western District of Michigan. Coverage for tax liens centers on the Ft Wayne, South Bend/Elkhart, and Indianapolis areas. There are three bulletins, sent daily by e-mail, one for each area. All bankruptcy information is on each bulletin, but the tax liens are from the respective areas only. The online search covers all available information, so you can simply search for a subject of interest and view a report to screen showing all Public Record information. This is available to subscribers of the Public Records Bulletin at no additional charge. eAlert As a data contributing Member, you will be notified by e-mail if one of your Indiana customers files bankruptcy, is placed for collection for an amount of at least $200, has trade data of at least $500 over 60 days past due, or has a tax lien or judgment recorded of at least $200. The coverage area of ACAI is primarily Indiana. If we have information about one of your customers outside of Indiana, we will alert you to that as well. Please contact ACAI for further information about eAlert. If you do not contribute your data but have inquired on a subject within six months of an alert being triggered, you will receive the alert for that subject. If you do not contribute your trade data, please consider this in light of the new daily alert service. You will receive a list of your eAlert subjects, if any, every day. The reason will be listed and you can click the hyperlink next to the name to see the composition of the report. If you wish to buy the report, you can then do so by clicking that hyperlink. |
